This guide shows you how to end one agent connection and what to check afterwards. It takes under a minute. Ending a connection explains what a disconnect stops and why.

Disconnect it

1

Open the page

Go to https://mcp.coffeechats.me/connections and sign in if you are not already signed in.
2

Find the connection

Each entry shows the application, the origin it was registered with, and the permissions it holds. Read the origin rather than the name, because the name is text the application supplied.
3

Press Revoke

The button on each entry is labelled “Revoke”. The connection is disconnected the moment it succeeds.

Check that it is gone

The agent’s next call is refused, and so is any attempt to renew its credential. A disconnected connection cannot be resumed: starting again means going through authorization and consent from the beginning. Disconnecting twice is not an error. The second disconnect returns the connection exactly as it is and changes nothing, so pressing the button again is safe if you are unsure whether the first press worked.

Find out what happened to a change in flight

A disconnect stops any change Coffee Chats has not already cleared to run. If you disconnect while a change is already being written, that one change may still finish, and the connections list will not tell you whether it landed. Open the thing that was being changed, such as your booking page or the setting itself, and read what it says now. That is the true current state.

If you wanted to sign out instead

Signing out of the Coffee Chats app ends your own browser session. It disconnects no agent. If you want an agent to stop, disconnect it here.
